I have some SERIOUS spring fever going on! So much so that I got excited when they said there was a chance for SPRINKLES today!! Bring on the rain :o)
So, this weekend, I was determined to make a wreath like I featured a couple of Fridays ago. I went to Hobby Lobby (I haven't been there since college... so fun!) and saw some gorgeous springy flowers on sale for 50% off... can't beat that! Then, I was going to get a wire wreath frame but saw this one and immediately fell in love :o)
Check out the details!
First, I pulled all of the individual flower stems off of the bundles.
Then, I just arranged them and glued them down! Easy peasy!
Ta-da!!
I can't wait to get some wide ribbon to hang it with... when all of the snow has melted.
Oh, and did I mention that you absolutely MUST have two adorable little helpers?
Total cost: $6. Seriously! It took about 15 minutes too. I'll post an updated pic when I have it hung :o)
I'm linking to these parties this week! Check out all of the cool project links!! Happy March!

Love the wreath!! I am getting spring fever too! Quick question? My eye was immediately drawn to the chairs, are they bean bags? Did you cover them yourself or buy covers? I love them.

Oh how pretty! I had to do a double take, I thought these were air plants at first. I just clicked over from Someday Crafts and I'm so glad I did. I would love to link to this if you didn't mind.
ReplyDeleteThanks so much to you all!
ReplyDeleteMEG- I couldn't reply on your blog because your profile is private but I actually made the bean bags. I made an insert for them as well but they could definately be used as a cover for a store-bought bean bag. If you would like me to make you one, contact me and I'll set up a special listing in my Etsy shop.
