A while ago, I bought three square vases in hope of changing them for each season or holiday. I got the idea from Karla at It's the Little Things. She filled hers with candy corn and sticks last Halloween. I bookmarked that post and actually did it this year! It is such a cheap, easy decoration. J loves the "spooky sticks" in the entryway!
All I did was buy 3 bags of candy corn and dump a bag in each vase.
Then, J and I headed outside to find some sticks. I broke them down and we spray painted them black.
Finally, we stuck them in the vases for a spooky Halloween decoration! I think I'm going to leave them up through fall... maybe add a pine cone turkey or two :o)
