Have you ever tasted PENGUIN??

These little guys were so much fun to make!

Ingredients:
1 can jumbo black olives, pitted
1 can small black olives, pitted
cream cheese
1 carrot
toothpicks

First, slice your carrots and cut a little notch out of them.  Don't throw away the piece you cut off.

Next, slice your jumbo olives along one side and stuff with about 1 tsp. of cream cheese.  I used fat free and as cute as they were, I think they would have been tastier with the "real" stuff.

Then, stick the piece of carrot you cut out into the small olive like a beak and assemble.

Lastly, stick a toothpick down the center to hold your bird together!

I'm linking this to my usual linky parties this week!

  16. We used the fancy toothpicks with the yellow, red or orange cellophane tops and then placed the penguins around Grandpa's liver pate shaped like an igloo. It was devoured at the Christmas party in short order.
