Turkey Day!

Yeah, I know Christmas is just NINE DAYS AWAY (?!?!) but I am so far behind on blogging, I'm just now getting to Thanksgiving!

Little did we know, we had a very special Thanksgiving this year.  It was one to always remember because it was normal.  You see, we received some awful news this week.  Grandma Ina is very sick.  It's not fair and it just sucks.  We are furious and devastated... but we are also thankful in a way.  We are thankful for the time we have left to spend with her.  We are thankful for Thanksgiving; our last moments together of normalcy.  Our last time we were together as a family without the knowledge of that awful news.

Mike LOVES Thanksgiving.  He literally lives every day in the weeks before in anticipation of his grandma's dumplings.  This year, he helped her make them!

Matt couldn't join us for dinner but he stopped by for a visit... He has a pretty awesome truck ;o)

Oh, how I wish we could go back to that day.

We colored a bunch of Thanksgiving pictures!

Love you, Grandma Ina!

Aunt Nancy (Ina's sister) was here, visiting from California!

After naps, we headed to Garrett to visit with my side of the family.

The girls were so excited to play with their baby cousin, Raegan!

Shane-O and Gram

Gramps had to bribe J to sit on his lap for a little bit :o)

More coloring pages!

My mom... hmm...

Then, mom wanted a picture of Mike, Shane, and me...

This happened last year, too... remember?

More love for the baby!  Pretty soon there will be another baby girl in the family to love on!!

Then, we made our pilgrim Plutos!

Taylor's Pluto

Perfect Thanksgiving decor!

Now, I need to get my butt in gear... NINE DAYS?!?!  Seriously??
