Is it Friday YET???

What a week! It has been so crazy busy at work getting things ready for the start of school. I realized I didn't even get to post pictures from last weekend and this weekend is almost here!

We had SO MUCH FUN at Chain 'O Lakes! Jaden was a little unsure of the water at first but she finally realized that it was fun and played a little bit at the very edge of it. She even went a little further out with Gramma J! The said was a hit! She liked to scoop it up in her shovel and dump it in the bucket. BUT her FAVORITE part of the whole day was just walking around outside! I have the rest of my pictures on my computer at home so I'll have to post those tonight. We walked around a lot! I finally got her back to the picnic site and she decided she wanted to walk around some more, so Grampa Max walked with her. They walked FOREVER!!! Again, I'll put those pics up later tonight... I PROMISE!

I am SO excited about his weekend! We have SO much going on! Tonight, we are meeting Amanda and Michael for dinner at Applebee's. I'm so excited to see them... it has been WAY TOO LONG! Then tomorrow, Jackie is coming to visit! I am taking a half day at work and she, Miss J, and I are spending the afternoon together. Friday night, we are having a little fire pit party complete with Margaritas and S'mores :o) Yumm-O! Saturday, we are going out for Nix's birthday. HOPEFULLY it won't end like the last time we went out... getting stranded downtown at 4:00 in the morning. I'm sure I'll have a TON of pictures to post after this weekend!

Remember how I talked about people letting plants start to grow from their gutters? Well, I actually saw plants growing from the top of a bus hut! Shouldn't the city or SOMEONE be on top of that? I need to start taking pictures of the nastiness that these plants are...

Have you read my Dad's blog yet? If not, DO! I think I sparked his last blog a little bit... the one about the names. Mike and I told him that if we have another child we are going to name HIM Axle or HER Citrus. I think Dad's last blog was a hint to re-think the names. Axle McClure? Citrus McClure? How can he not like those cute little names?!?!

I'm getting my hair cut tonight. I'm only going in for a trim. But, I was watching Friends last night and REALLY liked Jennifer Aniston's hair short. What do you think? I was going for the Kate Walsh style... Which do you like better?
